How do I download or receive my files?

Your files are available for instant download once your payment is confirmed! After purchase, you'll receive an email from Etsy with a download link. You can also access your files directly from your Etsy account under "Purchases and Reviews." Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.

Can I access my files from my Etsy account?

Yes! To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

How do I unzip the downloaded files?

The files are inside a zipped folder. Once you have downloaded the zipped folder, you must unzip the folder to access the eight files inside the folder. On Windows and Mac this can be done by double clicking on the zipped folder, or on Windows, you can also right click on the folder and choose extract. For Android phones, iPhone and iPad, you will need an app to do so. Unzip apps can be found on both the App Store and Google Play.

Do I need any special software to use these files?

To open and use SVG and DXF files, you'll need compatible cutting machine software like Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio (Designer Edition recommended for SVGs). PNG files can be used with most graphic design programs.

I didn't receive my download link / I'm having trouble downloading. What should I do?

First, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, log into your Etsy account and go to "Purchases and Reviews" to locate your order and download the files. If you're still stuck, just send us an Etsy Convo or email (found on your receipt), and we'll happily help you out!

Can I get a refund or exchange for my digital purchase?

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once the files have been downloaded. However, if you encounter any issues or have concerns, please contact us, and we'll do our best to find a solution!
