What if my package has been returned to you because of non-pickup, insufficient or incorrect address?

We will ship your order to the address you provided upon checkout with Etsy or Paypal. You can double check your address when paying your order through PayPal. If the address is incorrect, please notify us before the shipment. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping address provided by you. Please also note that if your package is returned to us after unsuccessful delivery, non pick up, incorrect address or with a note from postal service about the problems with the address, we can re-ship them but ADDITIONAL SHIPPING SHOULD BE PAID BY BUYER. When ordering re-shipment please update your address otherwise returned item will be sent to the original address.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our current production time is 3-5 business days. Estimated shipping time to U.S. is 10-15 business days. Other international locations 3-8 weeks. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can not guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. !!!!!Please, note, that before Christmas or other holidays, delivery time can be 7-14 days longer. We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the order to arrive once shipped or if lost in mail.
