Etsy does not notify me when a specific option in a listing goes out of stock. We also keep limited quantities online since we attend many shows throughout the year. If you find a listing or option you're interested in but it's marked as unavailable, please feel free to contact me. I’ll check our inventory and get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you!

International Shipping and Weight-Based Rates

We use Pirateship to buy USPS postage and don’t add any handling fees. The rate covers packages up to 8 oz. Ten mermaid clasps weigh about 7 oz, so if you're ordering more, try to stay under 8 oz to avoid higher postage. If you’re unsure about the weight, especially for a first-time order, please send a screenshot of your cart and your city/country. I’ll pre-weigh the items and give you an estimate. Pirateship also offers a discounted method via a U.S.-based partner, saving $6–7. However, I haven’t used it due to longer shipping times, tracking issues, and limited support. If you are interested, please let me know. Etsy shows USPS rates; any overage will be refunded if savings apply. Feel free to contact me with questions.

Why don’t you ship to EU countries?

Due to new EU packaging, recycling, and compliance requirements for overseas sellers, we have temporarily stopped shipping to EU countries. These regulations require separate registration and fees in each country, which are difficult for a small business to manage. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We hope to offer EU shipping again if a practical solution becomes available.
