HOW TO ORDER AND ACCESS YOUR DIGITAL FILES

1. Click 'Add to basket' or 'Buy now'.
2. Please ensure you have access to the email address that you enter during the purchase and that you spell it correctly.
3. After your payment has been finalised and processed by Etsy, you will receive an email from transaction [!at] etsy.com with the link to download the files. Unfortunately, at this time, you cannot download files from the Etsy app - please use Safari (not Chrome) on your iPhone (that has been updated to iOS14) or any web browser on a desktop computer.

The files will almost always be INSTANTLY available for download after purchase.

There is a known issue regarding buyers with Yahoo/.de/Outlook email addresses not receiving their Etsy emails right away. Please wait a few minutes and if the email still doesn't come, please send us a message.

If you are purchasing as a Guest, you will receive an email from transaction [!at] etsy.com with your download link. This link is the only way you can access your download if you are a Guest.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT APPLE’S IOS SHORTCUTS APP

THE LAG: Using the Shortcuts app to create shortcuts with our app icons (or any app icon or image you find elsewhere) does result in a lag (tapping the created shortcut/icon will first take you to the Shortcuts app and THEN the app you wanted it to take you to). If you are not okay with this, please do not purchase. Instructions on how you can reduce the lag are in our FAQs and Instructions PDF.

NO NOTIFICATION BADGES: Because you are creating ‘shortcuts’, you won’t see notification badges (the number on a red dot on the top-right of your usual, normal App Store-downloaded apps) on the app icons on your home screen. Please ensure you understand this.

You will still receive banner notifications if you turned them on but you won’t see the number of notifications on the icons. You can use the App Library to see the amount of notifications you've gotten on the normal, usual, standard, App Store-downloaded apps.

Unfortunately, this is something out of our control and unrelated to our PNG images - our app icons are for use with the Shortcuts app’s 'Open App' shortcut, enabling you to have your own aesthetically-pleasing home screen.

THE PROCESS: The process of using the Shortcuts app with app icons like these (not just ours) can be tedious and a little time-consuming. Our Instructions PDF contains written steps and screenshots to save you time figuring it out.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE APP ICONS TO YOUR IPHONE’S CAMERA ROLL

- METHOD 1: DOWNLOADING ON IPHONE -

1. Download the .zip folder on your iPhone using the Safari app and open the folder in the Files app.
2. Unzip the .zip folder in the Files app by tapping it.
3. Select ‘Preview Content’ and start saving the images to your iPhone’s camera roll.

- METHOD 2: DOWNLOADING ON DESKTOP -

If you're on a desktop, you can unzip the folder containing the app icons by double-clicking the zipped folder to open it. After unzipping the folder, you can Airdrop the images to your iPhone for use. This is the highly recommended way of doing this. You may choose to email the images to yourself or use Google Drive/Dropbox/iCloud or another cloud-sharing option if you wish.
