The 2 mid century modern prints arrived in a rolled up package and took me over a week to flatten them. One of 16x20 prints is oversized in width and won’t fit in my 16x20 frame unless I cut it down. Very disappointed for the price. Low customer service with no response to my concerns.

Hi Lauren, I'm so sorry you had a problem with your poster. :/ I do business with a printer who prints my posters, takes the orders and sends them for me, so I don't see them until you receive them. This happens sometimes, but fortunately very rarely. ;) It will be my pleasure to send you a new poster, however I just saw that you left me a 3-star rating after not even giving me one hour to respond to you regarding your situation. This Saturday afternoon and I was at the swimming pool with my children enjoying sometime with them. I think my reputation follows me as a quick one to follow up and offer great customer service.
