FEATURES
These spikey gold colored glowing steampunk x-ray goggles make the perfect accessory for Halloween, cosplay costumes, music festivals, raves, dances, parties, EDM shows, and concerts.

The goggles have an adjustable band to fit your head and have three glowing states: ON, BLINKING SLOWLY, and BLINKING RAPIDLY, which is set with the controller.

The controller is equipped with a clip and a lengthy 4.5 foot cord giving you the flexibility to put the controller in a pocket, fasten to a belt or clip to some other part of your costume.

The controller uses 2 AAs (not included) which can power the goggles for up to 20 hours.

We are able to offer this free return because most of our customers are pretty great. They understand that although the return is free for them, it is not free for us. COLOR OPTIONS
We have 8 different colors available (See Pictures): Red, Yellow, Green, Lime Green, Blue, Pink, Purple, and White. Please indicate in the Personalization Box the color you want during checkout.

Please note that the colors shown in the pictures may appear different from the actual product depending on your screen display. Also note that the colors stated only reflect the color of the goggles when they are on and lit up. When they are off and not glowing they can often appear as a different color. For example, the lime green color appears yellow when it is off, the yellow color looks yellow-orange when it is off and the white glowing wire looks slightly pink when it is off. If you have any questions/concerns about what the colors look like when they are off and not glowing then please contact us.

BUILD AND SHIPPING TIMES
These goggles are made to order and are shipped within 3 business days. If you need them shipped sooner please contact us before ordering and we'll see if we can expedite them. We use USPS first class mail for our basic free shipping, but upgraded shipping can be purchased at checkout if needed.

CUSTOMIZING
We have the ability to customize goggles by using a different color/type of goggle frame, by using different colored glowing EL wire, or by changing the inner washers to a different color. Just contact us with your ideas and we'll try and make them happen!

Incorrect Addresses:
Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted at the time of purchase. If your package is returned to us, you will be required to pay for shipping once again with the correct address. If no response is received in 7 days, we reserve the right to refund your purchase minus the original shipping fee.

Shipping Times:
Shipping estimates provided by Etsy are just guidelines and not meant as guarantees. Refunds will not be provided if items arrive later than expected although returns are always accepted (see below for details). If faster delivery is required, upgraded shipping options are available.

Domestic:
USPS may be experiencing delays to your area so that items might not arrive on time. Please understand that we have no control over this situation and are sorry for any delays you may experience.

International:
Due to COVID-19 delays, international packages are taking 6-8 weeks to arrive. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. You may choose to insure your package at checkout. We will not refund the cost of shipping or of the cost of missing items if they are lost in the mail.

Returns:
We accept returns or exchanges for most products (see above for exclusions). To begin a return you must contact us within 14 days and ship the item within 30 days. Once we receive the returned item we will issue your refund .

Refund Details:
Refund will include the full cost paid including the original basic shipping costs, but not the return shipping costs unless otherwise explicitly stated in the product's description or if the item arrives damaged. We will not refund expedited or upgraded shipping charges or international shipping charges unless required by law.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. If you did not pay for international shipping insurance at checkout, we cannot be held financially responsible if your package does not arrive.

We are willing to ship internationally, but please understand that we are not experts in the postal systems of any international countries. As such, we take no responsibility if your package is lost or delayed in the mail. If a package does go missing, then please contact us as we are happy to help out, but ultimately it is the buyers responsibility to track packages, call local facilities if packages go missing and be available to pick up packages at retail outlets if required.

Our responsibility for a package ends once it is marked delivered by the shipping service. It is the buyers responsibility to provide a safe place for packages to be delivered. If a package is marked delivered but is missing, then the buyer should contact their local post office as soon as possible, look all around the outside of the delivery location, and contact neighbors to see if the package was accidently delivered to the wrong address. If theft is suspected, then a police report should be filed. We are happy to help with this process, but please understand that ultimately we are not financially responsible for lost packages once they have been delivered.
