I see that my package is returning to you.What can i do?

In the unlikely case that you failed to succesfully receive your package : if your package was sent by Hellenic Post you will have to re-pay the shipping fees and we can resend it to you.In case the package was sent with UPS, kindly be advised that UPS also charges us the return, therefore the shipping fees that will be charged to client will be more than double for resending it. In case a package is not received by the customer and the return UPS or post package stops at Greek customs, our shop is not responsible for paying custom fees . All these extra fees are covered by buyer. Therefore,we kindly ask you to check your messages and emails to keep track of the package and its delivery.

Why don't you accept returns?

As our location is Athens,Greece most of our packages ship internationally. This means that shipping costs are high, and returns and exchanges mean extra cost that will be deducted from any refund . In the case of shoes, all items have detailed measurements per size, to avoid the case client chooses the wrong size. Kindly be advised client has the responsibility to choose correct size ,in no case is our shop responsible for not carefully picking the correct size. We are here to help,so ask us anything before ordering!

How do you ship your orders?

We send all our orders by fast expedited shipping, by UPS carrier. However all orders must include a contact number needed by UPS. In the case client fails to provide that information that is mentioned in all our products and our contact after purchase, we can send by registered Hellenic post. We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to client's lack of proper communication.

How long is shipping time?

Shipments by UPS to EU countries take about 5 business days,except if client upgraded shipping which means it can reach them in 1-3 business days by air transport. Shipments to NON EU countries take 1-3 business days . Our shop is not responsible for any custom delays . UK customers kindly be informed packages experience delays after Brexit Packages sent by Hellenic registered post take from a week to maybe 30 days depending on final destination. Kindly be advised standard post experiences delays due to COVID. Our shop is not responsible for any shipping carrier delays or due to lack of communication of the client with the carrier

How can i track my shipment?

All our packages have a tracking number. Clients that have provided us a contact number will receive a UPS email with tracking info along with an Etsy email that confirms the package's shipment. Hellenic Post tracking number is also provided , and can be found in the Purchases section, inside the order. it will also be sent by email ,by Etsy when it is shipped

I haven't received my package yet, even though it was shipped.What do i do?

We are always here to help! However make sure you have checked the inbox of the email you provided Etsy's system,including the Junk/Spam folder. Kindly be advised , client is solely responsible of communicating and arranging the receipt of their package with the carrier company. Our shop is not responsible for any wrong address information provided by the client, or for bad communication with the delivery company.

Love these! I bought both the black and white colors. I am usually a small but got the medium as I like my hoodies oversized and it was perfect. Super comfortable and so nice in person. And shipping was fast. The shop owner is very communicative as well. I highly recommend this shop!

The sweatshirt and design is exactly as pictured and the sweatshirt is really good quality, not overly bulky eventhough I bought a larger size. It's comfortable under my winter coat but is perfect to wear without a coat for fall. I'm impressed and really happy, no returns made me hesitant but I went for it and am totally satisfied. My mother, husband and daughter all approve ☺. Thank you!
