Can I do local pick up ?

Yes. If you would like to arrange local pick up that's fine with us

I entered the wrong address when I purchased my item

I take my packages to the post office daily around 4:00pm EST and on Saturdays around 11:30am so if you notice the address is wrong I can usually (but can't guarantee) correct the address if you contact me before 4:00pm EST. If the package is return for incorrect address I will have to send you an invoice for a new shipping label. This applies to "free shipping" items too. I cannot resend any items for incorrect address until the invoice for the new shipping label is paid

Can I order an item if I'm way on vacation and postpone shipping until I get home

Yes. That's no problem at all. Sometimes with a busy life style that's a good time to go shopping online and I completely understand that. Just please convo to me when you place your order that you would like a delayed shipment because most of the time I try to ship the same day. Just let me know when your ready for me to ship your item.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

I usually have my shipping profiles set to only the continental US but I would be willing to ship outside the USA. Just send me a convo to discuss

Do you refund shipping overages?

Yes. I refund any shipping overages of $2.01 or more and if you order multiple items I will refund any shipping overage of $2.01 after I have packed your items and recalculated the shipping fee. I always do my best to save my customers money on shipping.

Questions and response time

I do my very best to reply within a few hours. Sometimes things come up and I cannot reply that quickly for various reasons. But I do my best to respond as quickly as possible. Even if I don't have an immediate answer to the question I will always acknowledge that I received your message and let you know when I will get back to you. Communication is paramount
