Sizes are standard UK adult male/female and unisex. If you need the size guide and its not attached to the listing please message me and I will send it over as it doesn't allow me to pop images in this section.
Different items have different size guides so please check them, sizes are a guide and sometimes differ due to the garment blanks used as they are mass produced.

We accept returns as per policy and will exchange if the item is returned in a resell condition. You must pay return postage to us and the postage for the dispatch of the new item.

T-Shirts for your dog cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

If you purchase an animal-related t-shirt for a human and that is returned to me with animal hair on, I can't refund this either as it can't be resold.

If the postage service attempts delivery which isn't collected and the item is returned we can not refund you for the item unless we receive it back in a sell-able condition excluding custom items. We will refund you the item cost but not the postage as we have had to pay for it to be sent prior to the return.
Please make sure that your address on file with Etsy is correct. Buyer is responsible for making arrangements to reship, including additional shipping cost, in the event of packages returned due to incorrect address.

If your item doesn't arrive we kindly ask that you could bear with us and wait 14 days (UK) and 28 working days (international) after dispatch before we can act upon this. Our postal provider expects us to wait 14/28 days until we can report the loss and claim off them for this. We need to be able to send them some proof of loss so if you drop us a message after the post arrives on day 14/28 days we can process that a refund or resent again if that's what you want.
If you want a tracking number the option on the postage selector is there so if you need to know where the item is please purchase this option.

If you do not provide us with the correct address which results in your items not being delivered I can not refund you for the lost.

If you want personal details adding to the item they can be changed in the first 24 hrs of ordering as after they are likely in the production line and pulling them out can result in delays and errors. If you need extra information adding later I will cancel your order and ask you to repurchase, new processing times will apply.

The personal details will be added as it is spelt and if sent in a different language please make it clear what should go wear as it will be printed as it is sent. Please me mindful that Etsy message bunch text together so it is helpful to separate text as it needs to read.

UK - If you selected standard shipping this is 2nd class and is taking a lot longer then the 5 working days aim due to Covid.

If your item was marked delivered and you haven't received it you would need to make a claim directly to the postal provider and report the item as stolen to the police. i'm not able to refund in such instants, I will do everything I can to help you locate the item but the partners won't speak to the sender about this so you would need to ask them for the GPS location.
