If we have started producing your item, we can make limited corrections. For masks, we are sometimes able to remove the vinyl and make a new decal, but that's not always the case. We are not able to change cloth color for masks once we have begun production of your item.

For any corrections on custom or personalized items, there is a $2.50 fee. We will charge this to you by making a custom order for that amount. Your item will not be shipped until the $2.50 fee is paid.

WHY IS THERE A $2.50 FEE?
The $2.50 fee is meant to help cover the costs of materials used in the process of correcting your order.

For masks that require a complete cloth color change, you will be required to purchase a new mask at full price.

**US customers: If your item has already been shipped, there is nothing we can do to cancel the order. We do not accept returns, and will not refund you after the item leaves our workshop.
**EU customers: You have 30 days to return your item for a refund; you pay for return shipping.

If your item has already been produced, but can be sold to another customer with minimal additional work, we may give a full refund.

If your item has already been produced, but is personalized or is custom, we reserve the right to refund half of the purchase price plus shipping. The rest of the purchase will go toward recovering the cost of supplies.

If your item has not yet begun production, we will refund 100% of your order and cancel it.

Paper gift wrapping is available for an additional $3.00 and must be requested at the time of purchase. If the occasion is listed in your order, an appropriate greeting card will be provided and will provide the gift message you write in the order.

All of our items ship standard in a white gift box with twine or ribbon to secure it closed. It is perfect for gift-giving as-is.

Please take care of the items you receive. We are not responsible for accidental damage, but may help you if something breaks within 14 days (USA only; UK/Europe/International has 30 days).

Leather is not water-safe. Do not get the leather wet.
Hand-painted items should be kept in a dry, cool location, and not subjected to high heat.
Stainless Steel is not impervious to damage. Please use stainless steel items appropriately, and take care to minimize exposure to heat, liquid, or other corrosive materials.

WRONG ITEM ORDERS
If you ordered the wrong item, we will cancel your order and ask you to resubmit your request.

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
If your order has not yet shipped, and does not require multiple shipments, we will change the address to the one you've requested.
If your order has been shipped, there is nothing we can do. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide accurate shipping information. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS REQUIRE FULL LEGAL NAMES FOR CUSTOMS.

CAN I SPLIT AN ORDER TO TWO (or more) ADDRESSES?
No. Please submit separate orders if you require multiple shipments. This is so you are billed properly for shipping. Multiple addresses require multiple postal charges.

ITEMS RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS:
If you've had your item for less than 7 days, you may be entitled to a full refund or a replacement. We will try to help you repair your item prior to issuing a refund. If a replacement is offered, you may be asked to return your original item. You are responsible for shipping costs.

ITEMS RECEIVED MORE THAN 7 DAYS AGO:
If you've had your item for more than 7 days, you may be entitled to a PARTIAL refund or a replacement of your item. We will try to help you repair your item prior to issuing a refund. If a refund is offered, it is subject to a $2.50 restocking fee. If a replacement is offered, you will be asked to return the original item. You are responsible for shipping costs.

Prior to issuing any refunds or offering to replace any broken/defective items reported within 14 days of purchase, we will attempt to help you fix your item. We will give guidance on how to correct any issues regarding care/wear, and may offer to ship replacement parts to repair an item.

If we offer to ship replacement parts, shipping fees may be requested.

Items shipped to the USA and older than 14 days (Europe/UK/International - 30 days) are not eligible for this type of warranty support.

USA: The average shipping through USPS around $5. We will make a custom order to charge you the cost to re-ship your item and will not put it back in transit to you until the following has occurred:
1. The shipping fees have been paid.
2. A valid shipping address has been provided.
3. The correct, legal name for the recipient has been provided.

If your package is returned a second time or you refuse to have the item re-shipped, we will refund your order minus shipping fees.

UK/EUROPE/INTERNATIONAL: The rules are the same, but the average shipping price is around $15-$20. International orders require the full, legal name of the recipient for Customs.

International travel, shipping and freight as a whole has been negatively impacted by Covid-19. Unfortunately, this naturally means that shipping costs and transit times are increasing. Shipments can take 30+ days to arrive in some cases. If your tracking shows that your item has arrived in your country, there is literally nothing we can do on our end to try and find out where your package is, other than wait for your postal carrier to update their tracking. We recommend reaching out to your postal carrier with any questions.
