Postage & Packaging Policy

Standard postage is via Royal Mail, standard 2nd Class post. I combine P&P on all items bought in a single transaction on my shop. Any excess P&P charged will be refunded to you once your items have been weighed, packaged and marked as dispatched. All items are sent to you in either a board backed envelope or a postal box. Packaging sizes range from A6 to A4 but will be the most appropriate size for the item you have purchased. Only standard sized packaging is used so that I can keep postage costs down as much as possible. Please note that for any items marked as dispatched on a Saturday or Sunday, Royal Mail collection does not occur until the following Monday. Please contact Alison if a postage upgrade is required.

We are happy to send items direct to a recipient on your behalf and can include a gift card if you require. In the case of greetings cards, we will hand write your personal message inside the card for you and post direct on your behalf, after all, why pay postage twice!

Spiders - do they come with anything to help hang them?

All spiders come with a transparent beading thread that mimics the clear spider web thread so that you can hang them on your Christmas tree (or anywhere else you would like). The thread is very similar to fishing line.

Are the beaded items suitable for children?

No! My spiders are made purely for decorative purposes and use materials that may be hazardous to children. I use wire that could have sharp points, glass that could splinter or smash and beads that can be very small and could be a choking hazard. My items are intended for use as decorative items only and should be placed out of the reach of children.

My estimated dispatch dates are based on standard working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. If there is a Bank Holiday weekend between the standard dispatch dates, I will usually hold the parcel and dispatch after the Bank Holiday.

Seller's description

The Christmas Spider

This beautiful beaded Christmas spider is a must have accessory for every Christmas tree. Hand beaded using Rainbow colours and beads, the spider is wired to allow for posing and movement and the beads will catch the tree lights for added sparkle. (Please note the head colour bead may be a different colour to the photo)

Have you heard the story of The Christmas Spider? A copy of the story will be included so you can learn the legend behind these gorgeous decorations. These would make lovely little stocking fillers too.

Why keep them just for Christmas? These are truly stunning decorations and you'll probably want to show them off all year round. When not on the Christmas Tree, they make great window decorations, suncatchers or ornaments (as they will stand freely)

*Please note - this is not a toy, it is purely for decorative purposes and is not suitable for children*

Your item(s) will be delivered to you by Royal Mail, 2nd class standard post. If you require other postage options, please contact me prior to purchase.

Any questions? Just ask, I’ll be happy to help.

Thank you
Alison
