We always ship items very promptly, but please allow plenty of time when ordering.
Please also bear in mind that during the holiday season parcels can take longer to arrive.
Returns are sent at buyer's risk so please obtain and keep proof of postage.

In the unlikely event that your purchase goes missing in transit, it will not be considered to be lost until 20 working days have passed.
If your item is damaged in transit then please contact us immediately upon receipt, attaching a photograph showing the damage to the item, as well as photographs of the packaging and any damage to that. We will be in touch by return to assist.
If delivery has been attempted but the buyer was out / unavailable, it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange the re-delivery or collection. If delivery has been attempted we are not responsible for re-delivery or collection.
It is not possible for us to guarantee delivery dates - this is outside our control.

All items are carefully described and photographed. If you have any questions or require further information or measurements do please get in touch prior to purchase.
If our stated returns period has expired then unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
We take great care to ensure accuracy of all descriptions including fabrics and colours. However please note that due to different screen resolutions and lighting, colours and fabrics may display differently in person. This is especially true of fabrics such as velvet which have numerous colour tones.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and complete and in the same condition that you received it. We take great care to ensure that our products reach you in great condition - therefore items which are returned with cigarette/smoke/cooking/pet odours or pet hair will not be refunded for. Garments that are returned must still have their tag attached otherwise a refund will not be given. Returned goods must also be in their original packaging and correctly addressed and securely packaged for the return journey. Buyer pays return postage. If you wish to return an item please convo us first to advise that you wish to make a return - thank you.

If you wish to make a return because you have changed your mind about your purchase then you have 14 calendar days from your receipt of the product to return the item to us.

Please note that vintage items are not new. If we believe an item to be unused then we will say so in the item description, but most of our items have been loved before. We try to describe pieces as carefully as possible but if you have any questions about the item, it's size or condition, then please get in touch prior to purchase so we can assist.

Gift wrapping is available on all purchases and can be selected as an upgrade by customers.
