What materials are your products made from?

Our products are made from Peruvian Alpaca and Sheep wool. These materials are sustainable, ethically sourced, and support local communities in Peru by preserving their traditions and culture.

Is alpaca wool cruelty-free?

Yes! Our alpaca wool is sourced from alpacas that live in their high-altitude, natural habitat: the Andes Mountains of Perú. Once a year, alpaca wool is sheared to be then sorted, combed, spun, and dyed into beautiful colors.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
