Beyond the item itself, I really want to highlight Gracie’s amazing customer service. She genuinely cares about her business and goes above and beyond for her customers. I had some issues with my international shipment because of the shipping carrier, but I eventually got it. She was there the whole time, helping me, checking in, and letting me know what I could do. She never gave up on making sure everything worked out. As for the item itself, it’s absolutely beautiful! The quality is honestly 1000/10. I would definitely buy from her again without hesitation!
