HOW TO ORDER/PROCESS:

1. Choose the number of characters you would like in the listing. Pets count as people. (ex. 2 people and a cat would be 3 people)
2. Check out.
3. Once purchased, please contact me via Etsy and send me a couple of reference photos of the people I will be illustrating.
4. I will draw the first draft of linework, let you approve, then add color and details, let you approve, and finally send you the illustration!
5. After I finish your portrait, I will send you the digital files (JPEG and PNG) via email.

TIME AND REVISIONS:

The process generally takes 5-10 days depending on the number of people and whether you need revisions. If you need your artwork sooner please let me know! You may need to pay an expedited fee, but just message me so we can figure it out!

2 revisions are included in the process if you want something changed. You will have a chance to revise once during the linework phase and once for details/color after I’ve finished. If more revisions are necessary, you can purchase more for an extra fee.

Note: Your revision response times and the amount you would like revised can alter the delivery time of the project.


PERSONAL USE ONLY: Illustrations may be used at home or for personal use such as hanging as artwork, printing on holiday cards, giving as gifts but may not be used for commercial purposes such as logos, websites, or anything that generates a profit. Contact me if you would like to purchase a commercial license (price will vary depending on what you want to use it for)

Please let me know if you do NOT want me to use your portrait as an example on Etsy, otherwise it may be featured as an example on the listing! :)

I do not accept returns or exchanges due to my items being custom made. If you have any issues with your order though, please do not hesitate to contact me.
