• All items that are MADE TO ORDER cannot be refunded. • Shipping charges are non-refundable. • Personalized/custom pieces CANNOT be refunded. • The buyer is responsible for return shipping and any reshipping costs. • If your returned item is lost in transit, we will NOT be responsible, so please insure and/or purchase tracking. • If you DENY delivery of the package, the order will NOT be refunded. • If the package is returned to me as UNCLAIMED, I can refund you only for the product (not the shipping cost) if it is NOT made to order. ➤ Keep each jewel separately in a zip bag in order to avoid contact with air which speeds up oxidization. ➤ Avoid contact with water, perfumes, hand creams and of course any chemical product. Please wear your pieces only after these products are well dried out on your skin. ➤ Many of my jewels are coated with special metal lacquer to slow down oxidization. Please read each description separately for more details. For each material separately, please read the below:

Sterling Silver 925 VS German Silver

• Sterling Silver 925 is a high-quality silver alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper, for added strength and durability. Over time, it may develop a natural patina, but it can be easily polished to restore its shine. • German Silver all else called 'Nickel Silver' containing copper, zinc, and nickel along with tin. Nickel silver is named for its silvery appearance, but it contains NO elemental silver. This metal is fairly corrosion resistant and does not easily tarnish although it will darken with age and get slightly more goldish. Nickel silver is a great alternative to sterling as long as you're not sensitive to it. It can also be re-polished easily.

Copper is an essential mineral, meaning it occurs naturally in the human body, but also in nature. Copper has a signature reddish brown color and is a malleable and soft natural metal. A reason copper is popularly used in jewelry is because of its symbolism and healing properties. Copper symbolizes love and balance of both the spirit and body. The same oxidation process which turns your skin green actually causes enzymes to absorb into the skin and ultimately, enter the bloodstream. This helps to prevent fatigue, weakness, pale skin and cold sensitivity. Some also claim that there are holistic and spiritual benefits to wearing copper and experience symptom relief from circulation issues and arthritis.

How long will my brass and copper jewelry last?

Outside of situations where it's submerged in water, copper and brass are extremely durable and can hold up well over time, despite daily wear. So, these metals are great candidates to use for jewelry. Over time, copper and brass will not rust but instead develop a natural green patina, which a isn't a sign of decay

Can I wear your jewelry every day?

All metals I use (brass, copper, German Silver and Sterling Silver) are durable, easy to clean, and will last for decades with proper care. They are great options for beautiful and affordable jewelry!

Will your rings turn my finger green?

All jewelry that contain copper may turn your finger green. It's a natural chemical reaction depending especially on your skin's PH, humidity, skin oils and sweat. While many assume this is due to low-quality copper, it’s actually a chemical reaction. This green color is chelated copper which does not absorb into the skin, rather stays behind and leaves a stain, which isn’t permanent and can be washed off with soapy water. Pure brass and copper are non-toxic and have no links to health complications. On the contrary, many believe that this green patina has health, holistic and spiritual benefits. To minimize the green stains, I seal most of my jewelry with metal lacquer to prevent skin discoloration.

Can I easily remove tarnish from my jewelry?

Yes, it is very easy! You can do one of the followings: ➤ Polish with a piece of very thin steel wool (like the one we use to clean household items) ➤ Clear your jewel with a polishing cloth ➤ There are more natural ways to clean your jewelry. You will receive care instructions with your order, depending on the metal of the jewelry you ordered.
