Do you and your pup believe in good causes, repurposing, reusing, recreating, and up-cycling? In partnership with local climbing gyms in Denver, CO, these dog leashes are made from retired climbing rope that is no longer suitable for safe climbing. They are in great condition and are finding a new purpose as quality hand made dog leashes!
Coming in a limited variety of colors and patterns, each leash is 6 feet long with light or dark leather accents, reinforced joints with strong waxed thread, and is equipped with a hook clip for any standard collar you have on your pup. Each leash also has a small metal ring on the hand loop to clip into for halving the leash, connecting a long park tether, clipping on poo bags, or circling over your shoulder when you go off leash. Choose your own path!

If you opt for name customization, be sure to tell me the name you'd like on the leash in a note. :)

ATTN: The leather bits on the ends of the leash are being stitched in a new design called a Box Stitch which allows for longevity of the leash threads. Photos for all leash colors will be updated in time, but each post will have an example listed. Please message me if you have a specific request, ie, leather color, length of leash, long or no ring, etc...

***Many of these are made to order and some can be altered by request to not have the handle ring, made a different length, and shade of leather or color of leash. I am receiving new rope colors as they come available from the retired section of the climbing gyms, always a surprise!
