Also known as Kona pineapple and Brazilian White, the ‘Sugarloaf’ pineapple is native to Hawaii and Benin and features a white seedless fruit with a firm and less fibrous texture, which is excellent for juicing, cooking, or enjoying raw. You cannot find this variety at your local grocer. (They typically carry ‘Smooth Cayenne’). It truly is “nature’s candy”!
