You can easily track your package's progress through your Etsy account, but please note that if your order does not qualify as a package or ship Priority, it will be classified as a letter and can only be tracked through your Etsy account.

For protection from weather conditions, all orders are packed in reusable cellophane bags and shipped in recyclable mailers.

Before placing an order, we recommend using a measuring tape or ruler to double-check the sizing of your jars.

To ensure that you select the correct label size for your jars, we recommend testing the fit with a paper template. Simply cut a slip of paper to the size you're considering and attach it to your container with tape or glue to see if it fits properly. Please keep in mind that our labels adhere best to smooth, even, and flat surfaces. Attempting to wrap a small amount of the label around a tight edge or corner is not recommended.

It's important to note that our labels are not stretchy and may not adhere smoothly to textured, spherical, or convex jars. Therefore, we advise using them only on flat surfaces.

• Create two control points: Using a removable white marker or painter's tape, mark the points where the top edge of the label will be positioned.
• Position the label: Line up the label with the control points to ensure it is straight, and stick it in the middle.
• We recommend using a microfiber cloth to ensure a clean and neat application.
• Apply the label: Starting from the middle of the label, firmly stick the label to the surface by moving towards the top and bottom of the label.
• Finish the application: After the middle section is securely in place, apply the label by moving towards the left and then right edges of the label, from top to bottom.

Our labels are designed to be durable and long-lasting. To keep them looking their best, we recommend gently wiping them clean with a damp cloth. However, please note that our labels are not dishwasher safe and should not be submerged in water.

If your labels are routinely exposed to handling, water, or liquids, normal wear, and tear may occur over time. This can include fading or peeling of the label. Please be careful when using spot removers, hard chemicals, or essential oils, as they may dissolve the ink on the label.
