***HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER***

1. Make an order.

2. Wait for a message with a link to a special form (the link is not sent automatically after the order. The seller will send you a link within 12-14 hours).

3. Fill out the form with the required data (your photos and music tracks)
If you have any difficulties in filling out the form, write to me and we will solve your problem together.

4. Within 24 hours you will receive a message with a sketch of your vinyl record.

5. Let me know about the sketch approval.

6. That's all :) Now it remains to wait for your order.

- Center labels should be sent as squares. I will turn them into circles. Keep text away from the corners.

- 300 dpi recommended


***ATTENTION!!!***

You can record 1 to 9 songs on each side of a vinyl record. The maximum recording time per side is 20 minutes (for some models of suitcase type players, no more than 18 minutes 00 seconds is recommended)

***RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY***

Returns and replacement orders are made in the following cases:

- the buyer wants to cancel the order before it is sent to production;
- during production, the seller made mistakes in preparing the order;
- technical errors or malfunctions identified by the buyer after receiving the order;
- damage to the order during the delivery process;
- any other reasons admitted through the fault of the seller.

Returns and replacements are not accepted:

- the buyer changed his mind after the order was sent to production or was received by the buyer;
- the client's circumstances have changed after the order was sent to production or was received by the buyer;
- damage to the goods received by the buyer;
- other reasons beyond the control of the seller or the postal service.
