Modern Ark Designs' VISION:
I know it's important for every piece you buy to make a statement, whether at your wedding, party, or in your home. From walls to vases, each space in your home can tell a story. Modern Ark Designs can help you “Make Your Mark!”

Modern Ark Designs' PROMISE to our Cherished Customers:
As owner of Modern Ark Designs, I will personally inspect each PAMPAS GRASS STEM & PLUME to make sure:

1) It is FLUFFY. If it is NOT stunning & fluffy, it will NOT ship.
2) The color is PERFECT. Although it will have natural beauty and varying coloration, if it is not ROMANTIC & CREAMY or NATURAL (Ivory with some light brown tint), it will NOT ship!

The plumes can be trimmed with garden shears or scissors, in order to be styled in any vase or arch.

CUSTOMERS:
Here's how you can insure the longest life for your Pampas Grass Plume.

HOW TO FLUFF:
Blow-dry on a low heat AND low power setting in order to fluff the plumes.
Once dried, the plumes will become soft, similar to a feather, and will be less likely to break :-)
Apply hairspray to “lock” in the look and reduce shed.

Please Read:
*Color, Size, and Shape of each plume of pampas may vary. But I will make sure it is beautiful before it reaches your doorstep!
*No Water is required.
*I pre-fluff our stems by drying them with a hairdryer. After you receive your shipment, you can always fluff them with a hairdryer before styling them in your vase.
*The pampas may shed. This is completely normal.

Shipping: Priority with Tracking and Insurance in case of damage. Shipping is free :-)

Processing: Please note due to the high demand, please check out the processing time. If you have an important event or wedding and need it sooner please reach out to me! Don't worry, IT'S WORTH THE WAIT! Other vendors may not be able to offer inspected plumes.

Returns: I do not accept returns. But I will do everything I can to make sure I take care of you as a customer :-)

Feel free to reach out to me if you have any other questions :-)

Happy Shopping!
