I selected Priority shipping at checkout, why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

Priority shipping is a quicker shipping method, but it does not change the processing time of an item. Nyla’s Bowtique is not responsible for delays caused by the Post Office.

My package was marked delivered, but it’s not at my house, what do I do?

If your tracking shows delivered, but you have not received your package, you should contact your local Post Office. They should be able to tell by GPS coordinates where a package was scanned “delivered”. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that the shipping/delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. Nyla’s Bowtique is not responsible for mis-delivered packages and orders will not be refunded or replaced.

What type of badge styles do you offer?

I offer the choice of a belt clip or and alligator swivel clip. Please read the description of each listing for backing styles and see pictures for examples on the listings.

My badge reel broke, what do I do?

I double check all badge reels for quality before using, but unfortunately sometimes breaks do happen. If your badge reel should break for any reason within 60 days of delivery, I will issue a one time replacement badge of the same item originally ordered*. Please just send me a quick message with a picture attached showing the broken badge reel. I will not send out a new badge reel without receiving a picture. *If the original design is not available, a substitute of equal value will be sent.

My package hasn’t been delivered by the estimated arrival date.

Nyla’s Bowtique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the USPS. Unfortunately the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates and first class/standard shipping can take upwards of 7+ business days to arrive. Please be patient and keep an eye on tracking. If your package does get lost within the postal system (not packages marked delivered), I will be happy to re-send your item(s).

Custom and personalized orders

I do not offer personalized feltie badges or custom colors for the felties.

My package was returned to sender (Nyla’s Bowtique) what do I do?

If your package was returned back to me due to your shipping address entered at checkout was incorrect, you as the buyer are responsible for purchasing another shipping label to re-ship the order back to you. If you do not wish to purchase another label/repay shipping, the original purchase price will be refunded to you, minus the shipping cost. Unfortunately the USPS does not allow the re-use of shipping labels

I need my order quickly, can you accommodate?

If you need your order quickly, I offer a Rush My Order option (please read the listing for specific details). When you purchase this listing, it moves your order to the front of the line and guarantees your order will ship within 2 business days of purchase. You must contact me before purchasing the rush option to ensure I can accommodate your rushed order. If you do not purchase this listing, your order will ship in the regular stated processing time of 8 business days. Any messages/notes on your order asking me to ship asap (without the purchase of the rush option) will not be honored.

Badge options:

Permanent Badge- This listing will come with the feltie topper permanently glued to the badge base. Your choice of a slide on belt clip or an alligator swivel clip with a retractable cord of approximately 34”.

Interchangeable Badge- This listing will come with a badge base and a feltie topper. Each will come with opposite velcro dots (base comes with rough side, while feltie topper comes with the soft side) so you change the design as often as you would like.

Feltie Topper Only: This listing will come with only the feltie topper (NO badge base) with a soft velcro dot secured to the back. This is perfect if you already have a badge base and just need a new topper!

Most felties in my shop are made with glitter vinyl, which can be easily wiped down to sanitize if needed. Some are made with an acrylic felt. Please see individual listing pictures and materials used for each feltie. Feltie toppers measure approximately 1.5”-2”, while some may be slightly larger.

I’m sorry, but I am not able to offer the 2 feltie badge reels as interchangeable. Those listings only come as permanent/traditional badge reels.
