We do accept custom orders! Just contact us or purchase the custom order candle. Examples: - An existing color with a different color or scent. - An existing color with a different dice or charm we already sell. - A new color or scent. (This may take time depending if we have the materials on hand. Please contact us to work out details.) - We only do container candles but would be willing to discuss different containers. - New titles to candles. We have a blank label to write in any special requested titles. If we can do it, we will make it happen!

Caring for your soy candle isn't too tricky. Make sure the wick is at 1/4 inch! This may require a few trims as you burn. Tunneling is the enemy of the candle lover! Tunneling happens when the candle doesn't burn all the way to the container edges. Wax has a memory and will burn in the same pattern so make sure to burn it fully before blowing it out. Fear not if tunneling does happen. Check out our instagram for tips on getting rid of tunneling. You may run into frosting which looks like white frost against the glass of the candle. This is a good thing! It means your candle is pure soy and does not hurt the burn at all.

Frosting and basic information:
All of our candles are made from pure soy wax which will often form crystals called frosting. This is simply the nature of soy wax and does not effect burning at all. Some people seek it out to ensure their candles are made of pure soy.
This soy wax candle burns clean (little to no icky black soot) and comes in a reusable jar. Each small batch of candles are hand poured and color may vary slightly from picture.

Shipping:
We need 1-3 days to process your order before we ship it. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can read further on our shipping policies in our "Shipping and Policies" tab.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Gifts:
We love to ship candles for you as gifts to other geeky people. We always wrap our candles in kraft paper with twine and will be happy to ship it directly to the recipient; simply type in their name and address at check out for shipping.

Wow I was so excited when they arrived I could smell the scents through the box. There tealights smells so awesome, so unique scents that I love.
