Paper Type & Care instructions

We are using enhanced matte fine art paper (200 gsm) sourced by Hahnemuehle. The matte finish emphasises different highlights and tones in the source artworks; helping to create stunning works of art. If you are after another paper type, please contact us! Our prints will come rolled in a tube and it's best to use a framer. If you are framing yourself, please be careful when you handle them if possible use cotton gloves and archival tapes/glues when framing them. Framed prints will come ready to hang. Please avoid hanging them in very humid areas as well as exposing them to direct sunlight.

Do I pay customs and import taxes?

US, UK, Europe, and Australia orders won't pay tax. If you are from other countries please check before ordering and contact us for help.

How are your frames like?

Our frames are handmade from high-quality materials in our labs locally. We do have black, white, and natural colors. We can offer bespoke framing as well.

What is a white border?

When you're choosing your print size and framing option, you can also add a white border to both framed and unframed prints. If 'White Border' is selected, this means the art print will have a self-white border (unprinted border) included in the overall measurements. The artwork will appear smaller if you choose this size. Should you want your art print printed edge-to-edge (no white border look at all), then choose 'No' for a white border. The white border is approximately 15% of the total paper size. Adding a white border is quite popular and added for aesthetic purposes. We also have mat/passepartout available at extra cost. Please contact us to add one to your order.

• 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗬 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗔𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚 - All products come in double-walled boxes making sure your product will reach you in pristine condition. Each print will be shipped using a heavy-duty cardboard box or in a tube. Framed prints will be wrapped in a protective sleeve and plastic guards added to protect each corner.

• 𝗙𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗚 - We know that you would like to get your print as soon as possible. Working with production partners worldwide ensures fast shipping to all our customers. We are dispatching from the US, UK, Europe, and, Australia locations. All of our products are custom made. In most cases, your print will be shipped within 1 to 4 business days. Framed orders are handmade so they are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. When your order has been shipped you will be provided with an estimated delivery date online tracking and email tracking notifications. All of our production partners are using identical printers papers inks and frame materials. Please remember public holidays might affect production/shipping times.

We are providing print only and framed options artwork.

Our frames are created from high-quality wood milled with simple clean lines and presented with a satin finish. They come in Black, White and, Natural colors. All frames come with the option of a white border around the print example is shown in the frame guide photo. The border will be approximately 15% of the total print size. Please let us know your choice of border (with or without) in the personalization section before adding it to the cart. Frames have a square profile and measures 20mm front face and 23mm depth from the wall.

Frames come with Acrylic Plexiglass providing increased UV protection and less glare than float glass. It is also way more secure during transportation and in general.
