Custom and personalized orders

I'll be happy to carry out your project. Every work of art is unique and no two are the same. If you wish to personalize one of the works in the shop, I will maintain the essence and structure of it but it will not be the same because each piece of wood has its own personality and the stains may vary depending on its porosity. You can send us a photo of the place where it will be placed and we will be happy to make a montage so you can get an idea of how it will look. Custom orders cannot be returned. In all custom projects we send photos of the progress of the work for your information and peace of mind. The time to place a custom order is 1-4 weeks, this may vary depending on the work schedule and the size and type of work.

Transport companies and transit time of a shipment

We send our packages with: DHL, Fedex, UPS, GLS and SEUR-DPD Spain: 1-2 working days. Europe: 2-5 working days. America (USA and CANADA): 3-5 working days. Australia: 3-5 working days. The shipment is insured and we provide a tracking number.

I use sturdy, high-quality, double-wall cardboard boxes. I design my own protectors and corner pieces due to the variety of sizes and shapes of my works. They are large and heavy pieces, which require special dedication and care to travel safely. Additionally, to create the corner pieces, I use cardboard, foam, wood, and bubble wrap. All orders are packaged with great care to ensure they happily reach their destination.

Do not use wet rags or sponges or chemicals to clean the dust. Cleaning should only be carried out with a duster. It is advisable to apply a layer of colourless natural wax to the woodwork every 6 months. In this way we protect and beautify it.

I give wood a second chance. It's a way of interpreting art from an ecological and responsible perspective. I recover the wood and clean it up, avoiding the danger of splinters and metallic elements. All this respecting the essence of wood with its beautiful imperfections, holes and wear and tear caused by the passage of time and exposure to the elements. In addition, I collect fallen branches and trunks. In no case do I carry out pruning, I only collect the adequate amount for the works and projects I am going to undertake, in a responsible and sustainable way and without squeezing the natural resources.

If the item has shipping costs we will refund you the full amount minus 15% of the price of the item you paid and minus the shipping cost. If returning items with FREE SHIPPING, we will refund you the amount of the order minus 30%. In addition, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be returned in perfect condition, otherwise the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. Personalised orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

The pieces are sanded and painted in different shades of oak color generating attraction and dynamism. The alternation of volumes and tones accompany you to guide you in the discovery of the nuances and peculiarities of each one of them. The central space is formed by a mosaic of cracked pieces that form a very original focal point in contrast with the rest of the work. I select the pieces for their texture and beautiful imperfections. I use environmentally friendly water-based dyes and natural wax that beautifies and enhances the grain of the wood.

It´s made in Spain and signed by me on the back. All my artworks have Certificate of Authenticity.
