All items ship from my Massachusetts home. I process and ship orders Monday-Friday. Please see each individual listing for processing times and estimated delivery dates.

Delivery time* depends on your location, the method of shipping selected at checkout and how quickly the mail moves through the USPS system. Most first class packages are delivered within 7-10 business days but can take up to 2 weeks. I can't guarantee delivery times.

No, my files may not be shared or sold. Printed items made from my files are for your personal, classroom or non-profit use or to give as gifts. You may print as many as you need but the printed item cannot be sold. Please respect the time I put into designing and preparing files and the artists who I purchase artwork from.

My individual cards and bookmark listings include three shipping options: no tracking (least expensive), first class package with tracking and priority mail.
If you select the least expensive option, Etsy will provide you with a number that's not a valid USPS tracking number. The number doesn't show accurate tracking activity most of the time, which is why I tell folks that there's no tracking. It's the most economical option and the majority of my orders arrive on time.
The less expensive no tracking option is not available on my 10 & 20 pack card listings due to the size of the package. 10 packs are shipped in a bubble mailer; orders of 20 or more are shipped in a box either first class package or priority mail, depending on the weight.
