I recommend hand-washing all items in cold water and laying flat to dry. Any other method may result in color bleeding, felting, or shrinkage

I am open to custom orders, on a case by case basis. Don’t hesitate to message me! Please understand that I am a one woman operation. I am a stay at home mama to a toddler, so items may take longer than expected to complete. I will always keep you updated on the progress.

I am willing to accept returns and exchanges depending on the issue. (Example: Clothing size issues) However, I cannot give refunds on items less than $25 (such as earrings or keychains/necklaces). NO REFUNDS ON CROCHET PATTERNS. Please contact me IMMEDIATELY if you have any issues. You must contact me within 7 days of delivery and return the item, unworn (as in obviously worn and used) and unwashed within 14 days of delivery.
