Gift wrapping and packaging

Every order will pack securely , and will be tracked during delivery! We pack each order very carefully, so that it gets to you safe and sound. We pack the items in the boxes, purposely designed for them. Then they are put in a bigger box with the filler to avoid damaging. Gift wrapping is included in the price. Please be sure to check the contents of the parcel immediately upon receipt, as in the event of damage to the goods without the presence of a postal worker, the recipient is responsible for the content and integrity! If you received the parcel without the presence of a post office worker and found damage - contact the post office immediately Just open the parcel in time!

Do you make engraving?

Yes, we can make the engraving on the tableware - the wedding date, family name or a special quote for the newly-weds.

Can you make a product in another color?

Yes, we can make the product in the color other than you see in the lisitng, taking into account your requests. Kindly be aware that the colors you observe on your monitor might vary, as screen settings and colors can differ.

Custom and personalized orders

If the order is not delivered due to the recipient's unavailability or an incorrect address?

If the delivery cannot be completed because the recipient was unavailable or the address provided was incorrect due to the customer's fault, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of re-delivery. If the customer wants to cancel the order because it is no longer relevant, they will need to pay the full delivery fee and reimburse the cost of the non-returnable product.

Laser Engraving: Personalization, Changes & Cancellations

For all items that include laser engraving, please make sure to provide your personalization details — such as names, initials, dates, and font number — exactly as you’d like them to appear. We reproduce the text exactly as submitted. Please note: Once your order has been engraved, we are unable to make any changes or edits to the design. If the engraving contains an error based on the information you provided, a new order must be placed at your expense. Since each engraved item is made just for you, we can’t offer refunds after the engraving process has started. If you decide to cancel your order after it’s already been engraved, you’ll still need to pay the full price for the personalized item.

They are made of real glass was a little worried about the arrival of the shipping. I would recommend ordering way in advance. Everything was bouble-wrapped and had a fragile label on the box.
