Shipping and Turn Around Time-

Please view turn around time at checkout. Etsy will tell you our estimated processing time before you purchase an item. We typically ship on a 3-5 business day turnaround, though that may be longer during the holiday season. The estimated processing time at checkout is always the most reliable estimation.

We use Fedex Home Delivery or Fedex SmartPost to ship, depending on which is more cost effective. If you purchase the shipping upgrade, we will always send it the fastest method, Fedex Home Delivery. We will always make sure that you receive the item you purchased. Please note that we have consistently seen a delay on around 5% of our packages due to nationwide shipping carrier delays. Our policy is to wait 14 days from the last updated scan before filing a lost package claim with the shipping carrier. This is due to the fact that if a lost package claim is filed, but the package is recovered and delivered, our claim will be denied.

🇨🇦 CANADIAN SHIPPING:

Because of very large demand, we have begun shipping to Canada. Please be aware, we have no control over customs fees. They are sometimes as expensive as the product itself. We do not reimburse you for customs fees and are in no way responsible for their payment.

PLEASE NOTE; we make the “no frame” option available so you can buy one frame and multiple prints and change them out. But if you aren’t purchasing a frame at all from us, you would need to buy one from somewhere else in order to hang the canvas.
