This print was inspired by my favorite season, and launched in celebration of October!
With pumpkins, moonlight, spooky trees, and a lone raven, this print is perfect for fall, Halloween, or any Edgar Allen Poe fans out there!

Printing Process:

Each print is drawn, carved, inked, and printed by hand in my California studio.
The design is first sketched, then transferred onto a linoleum plate. The design is then carved by hand using small chisels, in the style of "relief".
The plate is then rolled with ink, then either run through my etching press, or by hand with a baron in the traditional way.

Given that each print is made completely by hand, every print will be slightly different. These natural variations are what make handmade prints beautifully unique, and truly one of a kind. You may not receive the exact print in the photos.

Block prints date back to ancient China, and are one of the oldest forms of fine art printmaking.
My printing process normally takes anywhere from 4 days to 2 weeks depending on the design, complexity, and amount of colors/layers.
