Your commission is NOT a a filtered photo or otherwise automatically generated image. All elements of the portrait are original and custom made.

You will receive your lovingly-drawn and carefully-detailed house portrait via email. Your portrait features minimal elements around the structure, fading to white at the edges for a clean, sophisticated look that makes it easy to print and frame.

HOW IT WORKS

1. SEND PHOTOS: After purchasing the listing, send me a few photos of the house via Etsy message or HelloGentryDesign [!at] gmail.com. It’s best if the photos are front-facing and taken in good lighting.
2. ADD PERSONALIZATION: Let me know if you'd like to request personalization (family name, address, quote, etc.) and if there are any elements you'd like to include or exclude.
3. JUST A MOMENT: Within 1 week, you'll receive a digital sketch of the portrait.
4. GIVE FEEDBACK: This is your ONE chance to provide feedback or make changes. After your approval, I will begin work on the final product. Because orders are non-refundable, I want to ensure you love your portrait.
5. ART OCCURS: I complete your digital painting within 2 weeks after approval.
6. RECEIVE FINISHED PRODUCT: I will deliver your digital portrait via email in a variety of formats that make it easy to print or use however you like (PDF, tiff, jpeg, png). 
7. MAKE IT REAL: Throw your files on a USB drive and have them printed at your local shop (FedEX, Staples, etc.). You can also use them online, or whatever, I'm not your dad.

Real talk: your portrait can take up to 2 weeks to arrive in your email inbox after I receive your approval. BUT! I will do my best to get your portrait to you as quickly as possible! Much depends on how quickly you provide photos and deliver your feedback/approval.

THE FINE PRINT

- Please note that because each item is custom, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. I want you to be happy with the finished product, so I will provide a proof and an opportunity for feedback before finalization.
- Sizes available reference the paper size, not the portrait size. Portraits are centered on the digital canvas with a little extra space for custom matting and framing. Make sure you choose the correct size before placing your order!
