How long will my order take to ship?

Orders may vary depending on the product and printing partner used. We work with a few trusted production partners to fulfill items such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, and seasonal products. Most items are made-to-order and typically require 2–5 business days for production. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. For Canadians, delivery times may be longer depending on postal service delays. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out through Etsy messaging. We are happy to help and will respond as soon as possible.

Why does my shirt smell weird/funny?

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or size replacements for incorrect orders. All items are made-to-order and printed specifically for each customer through our production partners, meaning we do not carry physical inventory for swaps. Because each item is produced individually and fulfilled through third-party print providers who serve multiple businesses worldwide, returns or exchanges are not possible once an order has been placed. Please double-check the size guide before ordering. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to message us through Etsy before purchasing—we’re happy to help.

Custom and personalized orders

We do offer custom orders for a small additional fee of $5 USD when the customization is personal and made specifically for one customer. These custom listings are created exclusively for that customer and will not be reused or made available in the shop. If you suggest a design or request a shirt idea that you would like to see added to the shop, there is no fee. In these cases, the design may be listed publicly for other customers to purchase as well. If you have any questions or custom requests, please feel free to message us through Etsy.

What if there is a defect with my product?

If your order arrives with a printing issue, damage from the production process, or if you receive the wrong item or size, please contact us right away and we will work with you to resolve the issue. To help us assist you quickly, please include clear photos of the problem when sending your message.

Why don’t you except cancellations after one hour?

Orders are sent to production within approximately one hour of being placed. Once an order has entered the printing process, it cannot be cancelled as all items are made-to-order. Our production partners work with many businesses worldwide and are unable to store or recall items once printing has begun. For this reason, cancellations are not possible after processing starts. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Are you an indigenous owned shop?

This shop is 100% owned and operated by me. I am of Ojibwe and Cree heritage from Northern Ontario, Canada. All designs are created and managed by me, and I work with trusted print-on-demand partners in both Canada and the United States to fulfill orders.

Why does your shop say you are located in the USA?

Most of our orders come from the United States. To ensure faster delivery times, US orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our printing partners located within the United States.

Got this shirt for my kids's Grandma- she was all dressed up n getting ready to leave somewhere one day n said they were getting ready to go to the casino, I said "ohhh that's why you're dressed up all nice", she goes "Uh huh- gonna go get me a snag!" Lol So when she opened the package n read that shirt she just started crackin up. Lol she loves it! Good quality, nice print and shipping was fast. Much appreciated!
