We will take your original photo and digitally remaster it into a custom print that is perfect to add to the frame of your choice.
We offer four art formats: digital file, unframed prints, rustic framed prints, and canvas wraps.
Our rustic framed prints have four color choices available for the picture frame: black, brown, gray, and white. These are handcrafted, solid wood frames. Glass is included and they come ready to hang. The frame will add approximately 2" to the print size. For example, an 11 x 14 with frame will be 13 x 16.

⚠️Please note that all of our portraits are digitally created, we do not paint by hand. This provides our customers with the ability to request revisions if needed and allows us to artistically recreate your home with accuracy and precision. ⚠️
HOW TO ORDER
1. Purchase your customized portrait and send an Etsy message with your HIGH-RESOLUTION photo attached, or you can email your photo to us at info [!at] casabellaportraits.com. The better the quality of your photo, the better our creative designers will be able to digitally remaster your original.
2. We will send your digital proof for review through Etsy convo.
3. We ask that you review your proof and reply within 2 business days. We allow for one proof revision if requested. Please note that revision requests can extend your processing time by 1-2 business days. If we do not receive a reply within 2 business days, we reserve the right to complete and ship your order without further notice.
4. Canvas wraps and rustic framed prints require additional processing time once your proof has been approved.

UNFRAMED PRINT

- our portraits are printed with a pigment-based ink printer designed specifically for fine art prints
- we print on a textured matte watercolor paper that provides a distinct surface for added depth

- 5 x 7, 8 x 10, & 11 x 14 unframed prints are shipped in white fiberboard StayFlat mailer envelopes with a corrugated cardboard insert
- 16 x 20 unframed prints are shipped in white flat mailing boxes (we do not roll them)
- 18 x 24 unframed prints will ship directly from our printing partner and may require additional processing time
RUSTIC FRAMED PRINT
- 100% solid wood frames with glass, ready to hang
- our ultra-premium fine art paper is printed using high quality archival inks
