How do you ship your items?

Packages ship via USPS priority or ground advantage mail. Please see individual listing. USPS priority mail shipping/delivery time is 1-3 business days depend on location. USPS ground advantage mail shipping/delivery time is 2-5 business days depend on location. We are not responsible for any lost packages, delays, or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

Do soap favors come assembled?

Yes, you will receive your favors assembled ready to give out to your guests.

Do soap favors come in plastic bags?

No, soaps are not package in bags. We offer cello bags and organza bags for packaging that can be purchased in our shop.

Lost or Delayed packages

We can not be held responsible for shipping delays. Once orders are processed and shipped, all issues with delays, lost and missing packages must be addressed with the USPS. We will do our best to assist, but we do not have any control over your package once it has been shipped. Thank you for your understanding!*** We recommend that you track your package and contact the shipping carrier directly in case of any delays or lost packages. In the unfortunate event of mail theft, please obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

Damaged items upon receiving.

Packages insured up to $100 value. If order received damaged upon delivery buyer needs to file claim with carrier. If order value is more than $100 additional insurance can be purchased upon request for additional cost to buyer.

Wrong shipping address

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address entered correctly. Please double check your addresses to make sure they are correct. Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible if you incorrectly enter the wrong shipping address. If an item cannot be delivered and is returned to me, it is your responsibility to pay for the item to be re-shipped. If you happen to catch that the shipping address is wrong BEFORE the item ships, please send me a message and I'm more than happy to enter the correct shipping address for you.
