We ship out all orders on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's.

Vinyl decals will stick to any smooth flat surface without much texture. (Ex. Glass, Windows, Mirrors, Toolboxes, ext.)

Perfect on any smooth, semi-gloss or gloss enamel paint.

**Avoid matte finish latex paints and paints that contain anti-graffiti agents or stain blockers. Vinyl rarely sticks to the new "green" “zero VOC” or “VOC free” paint.

Please note that if you have painted recently allow 3 weeks for your wall to cure before applying your vinyl decal as it may not stick to your wall.

Our vinyl decals are removable, but you cannot reuse them. Once placed on your wall they cannot be moved. Our decals are one time use only.

Yes, send us a message with the information needed for the specific listing at your choosing. We will make changes as you request until it is how you want it.

If for any reason your order was damaged in the mail, please contact us within 7 days of the order's arrival, along with a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. From there, we would be more than happy to send a replacement of your order.

We don’t goof often, but if we do, we will always take care of the issue for you. If for any reason your order is incorrect, please don’t hesitate to let us know within 7 days so that we can fix your order ASAP.

If it seems that your order has been lost in the mail, we ask that you allow 7 extra days for your order to arrive, just in case it has been backed up in a sort facility. If after 7 days your tracking does not update/your order does not arrive, we will do everything we can to work with you towards a solution. Issue a refund or send out a replacement order and contact the postal service to help locate your order.
