My tracking number doesn't work

If your tracking number starts with several zeros, it is a Pitney Bowes tracking number. It is tracked via Pitney Bowes, but the USPS is the carrier. Be on the lookout for a white envelope (usually #10 or 9x6) with the shipping label printed directly on in black ink. You can track all orders via your etsy account under orders. You can also track Pitney Bowes shipping labels at tracking.pb.com

My order days delivered but I don't see it

Unfortunately, shipping challenges will be more common as we hit the holiday season. Frequently when an order says delivered but you aren't seeing it, either, it is stuck in with your ads or bills or experiencing a system glitch with the USPS wherein it is several days delayed. We recommend checking with any bills or ads first, then checking with neighbors, and lastly, contacting your delivery post office or talking to your carrier. Tracking numbers that start with 000 are tracked via Pitney Bowes but delivered via USPS. USPS tracking numbers tend to start with 940, and UPS with 1Z. FedEx is generally numerical. The easiest way to access tracking is via your orders in your etsy account.

Issues with invalid addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Does it need to contain an apartment number or PO Box to ensure USPS delivery? Seller is not responsible and cannot refund for orders not delivered due to an invalid shipping address provided by the customer.
