I hate that you had a less than stellar experience with The Taxidermied Coyote. Unfortunately, I cannot control what happens once your purchase is in the hands of USPS. What I do to try to mitigate any damages is insuring every package I send. If you had reached out to me I would have been happy to use that insurance and given you a full refund. Instead you chose to leave a negative review and give me no opportunity to improve the outcome of this situation for either of us. I understand being disappointed that something you ordered arrived broken, but maybe next time try giving a small business owner a chance to make things right. Thank you!
