Where will my order ship from?

All of our jewelry is handcrafted in our studio. Orders shipped within the United States are fulfilled from our New York fulfillment center via USPS, allowing for faster domestic delivery.

Is it possible have my order by express mail?

Yes, of course, there are two options: 1. Express shipping worldwide - delivery time is 3-5 business days once shipped. 2. (express 2 business days)- delivery time is 2-3 business days once shipped. For fast delivery please select the express shipping upgrade, in the shopping cart when ordering, and add your phone number to the order.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Orders shipped within the United States are sent domestically from our New York fulfillment center, so U.S. customers do not pay import duties or customs fees. For international orders, customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer's responsibility in accordance with their country’s regulations.

How long will it take to receive my order?

How do I request an exchange or a refund?

Your satisfaction means a great deal to me. If, for any reason, your jewelry doesn't meet your expectations, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. I'll be happy to help find the best solution. Return for a Refund You may return your item for a full refund. Please use a shipping service that provides a tracking number, as the buyer is responsible for the package's safe return. Exchange or Resizing If the size isn't right, I'll be happy to resize or remake your jewelry whenever possible. Exchange for Another Design If you've simply changed your mind, you are welcome to exchange your jewelry for another item from my shop of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Your jewelry is made to last and comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. With proper care, it will stay beautiful for years. To keep your jewelry looking its best: • Remove it before showering, swimming, or exercising. • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, and household cleaners. • Store it in a dry place, preferably in the gift box or a soft pouch. • Gently polish with a soft jewelry cloth after wearing. Material Care: • Sterling Silver: Polish occasionally with a silver polishing cloth. • Solid Gold: Clean with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. • Gold Filled & Gold Plated: Avoid prolonged exposure to water, chemicals, and friction to preserve the finish.

What are the different metal options?

14K Gold Filled – A thick layer of 14K gold bonded to a nickel-free brass core. Durable and made for everyday wear. 925 Sterling Silver – Solid sterling silver that can be polished to restore its shine. 14K Gold Vermeil – 14K gold over solid 925 sterling silver. 14K Rose Gold Filled – Genuine 14K rose gold bonded to a nickel-free brass core. Rhodium-Plated Silver – Sterling silver coated with rhodium for extra shine and tarnish resistance. 14K Solid Gold – Genuine solid gold, made to last a lifetime.
