In order to preserve your jewelry, we recommend the following:
> Wash your hands with the ring on. Water will act as a natural polish and keep the ring clean and shining!
> Store jewelry away in a box or bag
> Avoid direct contact with lotions, oils, perfumes, hand sanitizer and any chemicals
> Remove jewelry before going into swimming pool and ocean water
> Remove jewelry before going to bed


For Gold Filled Jewelry:
From time to time, please take a soft, clean sponge and a small amount of soap and gently wash the item. This will help keep the item vibrant and increase its life.

For Silver Jewelry:
From time to time, please take a soft, clean damp cloth and wipe down the item. This will clean it and bring back the shine.

Please call your local post office to learn more about the delivery of your item. Also, ask your neighbors, sometimes mistakes happen. If you believe the package was stolen, you will need to file a claim with your local post office. Due to the escalation of porch thefts, we are not responsible when USPS says your package was delivered. If this is something that has happened or are worried about please have items shipped to a secure location and follow tracking information to ensure safe delivery.

I will gladly accept returns if my product isn't what you're looking for. Buyers' are responsible for return shipping costs and will be refunded once the product has been returned to me in unused condition and in original packaging. If the original packaging is missing or there are damages to the item, there will be a 15% reduction.

Please contact me for returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery and send back your item within 7 days.

We apologize and cannot accept returns on earrings. Earrings are non-returnable or exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

> Complimentary resizing is available for gold filled and sterling silver items. If the incorrect size was ordered or you would just like a different fit for your ring please contact me within 3 days of delivery.
> Buyers' are responsible for shipping costs relating to sending the product to get resized and for the resized product to be returned to the Buyer.
> If you need another resize, then there will be a charge of $5 per item.
> Resized/exchanged items are final sale.

If the incorrect address was typed in and the post office was not able to deliver, it's possible that the package will be returned to me. At that time, I will let you know when the package has reached me. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee if the incorrect address was inputted. If the item is no longer wanted, a $5 reduction will be applied to the refund as we cover shipping fee on the first delivery.

Dear Customers, please note that USPS is experiencing volume increases and limited employee availability which may cause your package to arrive later than usual. In this case, USPS may mark your package as "Arriving Late". This does not mean your package is lost. It just means that it will take longer than usual to deliver your package.
