SHIPPING
I personally send my 5”x7” and 8”x10” prints WITHOUT TRACKING in rigid envelopes by regular mail. They are not tracked, as this adds a lot of extra expense and would make selling my prints uneconomical. Instead, I will resend a print if it fails to arrive to your home beyond a reasonable delivery time. Please expect a little extra wait time for orders near Christmas, since the postal volume is enormous this time of year.
The 11”x11” and larger prints are rolled and shipped in boxes WITH TRACKING. They are made through a print-on-demand service which gives me a big break on expenses, and therefore a big break on prices for you on all prints above the 8”x10” size.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis.
Here are some guidelines:
- Print orders sent with tracking will be refunded or replaced in case of damage. Photo documentation is required. 11x14 and larger items are Print-on-Demand items and cannot be returned .
With tracked items, the buyer is responsible for monitoring shipment and receiving the delivery of the items. Supplying me with a phone number makes this process easier. I will not refund items for which delivery attempts by the courier have failed due to:
a- buyer not being at the residence
b- buyer not supplying a phone number
c- buyer supplying an improper address
- Untracked 8x10 envelopes will be refunded or re-issued in case of non delivery so long as the address supplied is correct.
