Delivery time:
To Europe: 3-4 working days.
To the USA: 4-5 working days.
To Australia: 6-8 working days.
Rest of the world: 4-6 working days.

We usually have all the Dala horses you see on the website in stock. For special orders, it can take 7-20 working days to produce.

Yes! Recycled wood is used for the production of the horses and all the paints used are certified as safe for the environment.

Yes, we accept requests for returns. However, you pay the shipping charges, including any extra charges that the customs or post office may apply in Sweden (upon our provision of the invoice), and the horses should be in the same condition as sold.

The buyer is responsible for the full return cost of a tracked return, including any taxes that might apply here in Sweden for the return. It can happen that Swedish post or customs will apply extra taxes and we will provide the invoice in that case to the buyer. Any extra charges from the post or customs will be deducted from the refund.

The timeframe of the return depends on the customs and post office, not on our shop. We do our best to make the process quick and smooth.

In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.

As a customer, please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers.

If your package arrived damaged and the Dala product you ordered is damaged, take a photo of both the Dala product and the package and send it to us. It is important you send the photo on the day you receive the damaged items and not later.

It is important you keep the damaged package and items until the issue is resolved. If you cannot provide the photos of the damaged items and package, refund will not be possible. This is to protect the shop from fraudulent customer behavior.

If your package is missing, we need an official confirmation from the post office that your package is missing before we can process any refunds.
