SHIPPING MATTERS
- Shipping Times refer to Business Days
- Each order is important to us - we take care to ship carefully.
- Always happy to combine shipping
- We may use UPS to ship to the West Coast not USPS.
- If you have a deadline, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate.
- If you wish to return your purchase; let us know, we will issue a return label via ShipStation. Please, return in the same packaging.
- If something is damaged upon arrival; please save all packing materials. Shipping carriers may request an inspection. I understand that this is not pleasant . . . however, the carrier will not reimburse us.
Because breakage happens; especially, if we are not careful packing - we take time to ship. But still, breakage happens - especially when the package is run over by their truck. Yes, really!
PARCEL SELECT GROUND
- Packages shipped via First Class or Parcel Select Ground are NOT insured. Claims are not accepted by the USPS.
- One of the least expensive but slowest services. Packages will be sent by ground. This means the shipment will be jostled and handled more than shipments that are sent through any of the air services offered by the USPS.
- Packages are not forwarded
- Returns are not possible
Calculated shipping does not always work as it should. If the shipping seems high, please message with your zip code and items. We can calculate the shipping cost for you. Or, if you prefer, rest assured that we will refund the excess shipping cost.
