Files are automatically added to your purchases, click on your image (top right) then scroll down to Purchases & Reviews to Download your files.

How do I download my Purchase?

After your payment is processed you will be able to download the files instantly. In your account, go to Purchases and Reviews, then click on Download Files link. You will also receive an email with a download notification.

How to unzip a Zipped Folder?

On a PC - right click on file / Click Extract All On a MAC - double click to unzip On a mobile device - if you are on an iPhone or iPad and have the latest IOS update, you can unzip the file in the Files App it a blue folder icon, double click on the zip folder. - if you don't have the updated IOS, you can install and use the izip app for free from the app store.

I can't find the SVG in the download. Where is it?

If you do not see the SVG file, your computer may have renamed it and it will look like a Brower Icon, like Internet Explorer Icon or Chrome. It's still an SVG File.

Can I downloand on my phone or tablet?

Yes, you must use the Web Browser to download the Etsy App won't work on phone or tablet. Go to you File Folder App (it's blue) on your device to open the Zip Folder.
