If you have any questions about clothes, special measurements please, contact us before ordering. Special orders are not returnable unless we agreed. We offering UPS express delivery once you purchase an Item so, in case of an exchange, the new item will be re-sent to you with airmail, and delivery takes 3-4 weeks. Of course, you can buy an UPS express delivery. You can find it in your listing.

Please check the size chart for every item before ordering because linen clothes do not have an elastane and it might be too tight. You can find size chart at the end of every listing. If you have any questions about the sizes, please contact us.

Face masks delivery time

We are based in Lithuania. Our shipping time with standard post "Lithuanian post" to US is around 15 - 20 business days after dispatch. Shipping time with "UPS" to US is around 2 - 3 business days after dispatch. ⚠️NOTE - due to the corona virus situation in the world, all transport companies are too overcrowded and could delay for a few weeks with deliveries. ⚠️

If you did not get your parcel in the estimated delivery time, please contact us first. Due to the pandemic situation in the world, we may have restrictions with refunds per item which are delay. If your parcel stuck in your country's post office please contact them first, because in that way we can not control delivery. We can make a refund after 30 working days, after contacting our currier and if we see in our tracking that the parcel has been lost (when tracking shows shipped and never reached destination country). If Item came back to us due to customer fault (did not apply for the parcel, refused, ignored postal service notes, forgot that ordered and etc.) we can make a refund for the product, but excluding shipping cost.

If you wanna exchange the item, you have to contact us first, within 5 days of delivery. If we agreed on a return or change, you have to ship items back within 7 days of delivery.
