Yes! Most leathers available in the shop can be monogrammed! Please see individual listing for details on placement. Please note that all sales are final on monogrammed items.

Your bag should be your righthand woman and make you feel great! If you don't love your bag, or you need to exchange it, please contact me within 14 days, and then ship the unused bag back in the box (unfolded please) within 30 days. As soon as the bag is received, you will be refunded.

I'm in this for the long haul, and design and craft your bag with that in mind. If you ever have a quality concern with your bag - I want to know about it! I'll fix it or replace it.

Leather will eventually look dull and dry, so you'll need to rehydrate your bag at least a couple times a year, or more depending on how you use and abuse it! Conditioning your bag with a leather conditioner such as Smith's Leather Balm, or Chamberlain's Leather Milk, will help to revive your leather bag, and minimize scuffs and dings.

If you are worried about your package being stolen, please let me know via convo and I will select "signature confirmation" for your package. Priority Mail includes $50 insurance, but I can also add additional insurance if you would like. Please convo me for more details!
