We have invested in our packaging to ensure that you receive the item damaged free. Sometimes things happen beyond our control. Due to the nature of the product ( Acrylic ) please open your package immediately to examine contents. You will have 2 days from the time of delivery to make a claim. Why so soon? The item is insured for damages during delivery. Any time frame beyond that will reflect damages occurring while in your possession. This is why we ask that you examine the item when it's delivered. Contact us via your order and attach photos of the damages along with the packaging. Please don't throw away any of the packaging. We want to make this a smooth and easy as possible.

Most of our items are shipped with UPS or USPS. You are required to ensure that there is a safe location for your package in the event you are not home during delivery. Please inform us before shipping to request a signature confirmation. We are not responsible for theft of packages. Please make sure your ship to address is correct.

To remove the markers from you acrylic,
*Wipe clean with a soft microfiber damp cloth
*Use a dry microfiber cloth to polish after

All other acrylic products,
*Wipe dust with a soft microfiber towel


****DO NOT USE GLASS CLEANER OR ANY OTHER HARSH CHEMICALS****

If you find that a marker has left some residue behind, use a small drop of Goo Gone on a soft cloth and remove with a circular motion. Please do not wipe the entire acrylic with goo gone. It should only be used if absolutely needed.

I have tested all the markers I sell. The markers have been left on for 60 days or more to determine its durability and if any residue remains.

Tools you need: Drill with drill bit size 1/4", level, hammer and/or screwdriver

1-Use the acrylic holes as your template
2-Make sure it is leveled
3-Mark your holes
4-Drill holes into the wall
5-Insert anchor into the hole and tap flush with hammer
6-Place the screw through the gold round spacer
7-Insert the screw and round spacer into the acrylic hole and drill into the wall
8-Do this for all other holes
9-The screw should be flush into the round spacer
10-Once done take the caps and twist them on to the spacers

**Best if you do not tighten all the screws all the way until you have all of them in place.
**If hole isn’t big enough for the anchor, it will bend.

3-Mark your holes
4-Drill holes into the wall
5-Insert anchors into the hole and tap flush with hammer.
6-Place the screw through the barrel of the hardware
7-Use a screwdriver to attach the barrel into the wall
8-Insert the cap screw hardware through the acrylic hole
9-Screw cap hardware into the barrel and slightly tighten

**Best if you do not tighten the cap screw all the way until you have all of them in place.
**If hole isn’t big enough for the anchor, it will bend

Please notify me within 3 days and return within 14 days. Items returned must be in sellable condition. Items returned without original packing and/or with any damages including scratches, we have the right to refuse the return. Buyer responsible for all shipping charges.
