The ornament is made in the USA with durable, high-quality gloss coated aluminum and includes a red satin ribbon. It measures 2.75" in diameter and approximately 1/8" in depth. The design is printed on one side of the ornament.

Production time from January 1st to November 14th is 3-6 business days.

From November 15th through December 31st, production time is 5-7 business days. The day that you submit your order is day 0, and the next business day is counted as day 1 in production. Items generally arrive at their desired location within 2-5 business days of the ship date, depending on the shipping method you select.

Express production of 2-3 business days is available for $20, for up to 5 ornaments, please message me if you'd like to upgrade to this.

After Dec. 5th, it is highly recommended to upgrade to express production and an expedited shipping method such as FedEx 2 Day or USPS Priority Mail Express. Dec. 18th is the cutoff date for Christmas deliveries.

Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. Such delays are beyond my control. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary.

If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify me within 3 business days with a photo of the damaged ornament. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be shipped ASAP.
