We offer worldwide shipping with the following shipping methods:
• Standard shipping, which is untrackable.
• Tracked shipping, which provides a tracking number for your order.

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 5 business days and are shipped with Portugal's national postal service, CTT.

All of the following information are estimated delivery dates starting from date of dispatch.

• Portugal = 1 — 4 business days
• Europe = 1 — 2 weeks
• Rest of the World = 2 — 8 weeks

If your package is headed to Mexico, Africa, Russia, or Central/South America, transit times are considerably lengthier and can take between 4 — 16 weeks.

Please note that these estimated transit times are based off of our experiences shipping to these locations. Actual delivery times will depend on your country's postal services and possible customs processing.

If you noticed an error and your order has not yet been shipped out, please contact me ASAP with the correct shipping information.

Please always make sure every bit of information is correct down to the last detail before checkout, as I will not be held responsible for any errors in the information given to me!

If an order gets returned due to an erronous address, the buyer will be asked to pay the shipping fee again.

Please allow up to 14 weeks before considering your package lost!

Orders sent with Tracked Shipping will have a tracking number provided. Please give this to your local post office so they can help you further in locating your package.

Orders sent with Standard Shipping are untrackable, meaning it is impossible for us to locate your package due to the nature of this service. If it has been 14 weeks, please contact us and we'll try our best to help you!

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their shipping address is correct! We are unable to make changes to your order once it has been dispatched. After that, any handling and delivery of the package is not in our control.

If your package has been marked as "Delivered" but is not in your possession, please try the following:

• Wait a few days. Sometimes carriers prematurely mark it as delivered but will reattempt in the next couple of days.

• Contact your local post office with the provided tracking number (if applicable).

• Check your vicinity, such as porches, yards, etc. Ask neighbors, friends, or family members who may have picked up your package.

Please allow up to 8 weeks from date of dispatch before suspecting your package has gone missing. It is possible that it is held by customs and/or is affected by other circumstances, such as busy holiday seasons.

Once your order has been shipped, we have no control over what happens to your package.

Pin grading varies per shop owner, as there is no universal scale everyone follows! The following shows my grading scale:

♡ STANDARD (A-Grade)
Highest quality pin I offer. No major flaws, but may exhibit minor cosmetic imperfections that are only visible upon close inspection, certain lighting, and/or angles.

Flaws include but are not limited to: minor scuffing, slight underfill in small areas, slightly wiggly posts/misaligned screenprinting.

♡ SECONDS (B-Grade)
Displays more noticeable flaws that vary with each pin. These are sold at a discounted price and are perfect for everyday wear and/or use and still make a great addition to a collection!
