Gift wrapping and packaging

Every order carefully packaging in craft paper and safe envelope, so your order will be delivered to you safely. By your request I can add GIFT wrapping and greeting card, according with your wishes. Just let me know what you`d like to see.

If item is ready to ship I will send it within 1-2 bussines days after payment confirmation. If item is marked as made to order it will take more time. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, please, look at individual items description. I do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. I use the Etsy mailing address, please make sure it is correct. I will let you know when your package is on the way. I will also send you a tracking number of your package.

Working during holidays

Before Christmas the delivery time growing up +10-15 days for all countries, because the post offices are very busy. After December 1, I can not guarantee, that your purchase will be delivered earlier than Christmas.

Custom and personalized orders

All items must be returned in original conditions without any physical changes with all of its components. I do not refund payment for delivery, only the cost of the product. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me as soon as possible and we will resolve any problem. If you wish to cancel transaction (not later than 24 hours after purchasing), please, note, that there is non-refundable 9% and Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30).

This is the 4 th cookbook binder I ordered from Ty. ( 2 of them have been custom)The cover is beautifully made! We ran into a problem with the thickness of the binder. The 1st 3, I had received had HUGE 3 inch D rings to accommodate the bulky book I compiled. I had assumed this 4 th book would have the same but was much smaller. Ty worked with me and we came up with a satisfied compromise to fix this problem. Ty is a gifted leather craftsman and does his very best to make sure his customer his happy with the results. I highly recommend his work and he has fair prices. He answers any questions promptly, and though there is an 8 hour time difference and his country is currently at war he has found a way to be an engaged and on top of things. Thank you Ty.

Boek is worth it. It's nicely handcrafted. It was sent fast and with care. Only thing i don't like is that you have to pay a high tax for this product if you want to sent it to europe but that's actually not the sellers fault. So all in all I'm still very happy with it!!! Thanks a lot.

Ty has done a beautiful job on this Cookbook Cover. I purchased the Bake Shop cover and Music theme covers first. I was so impressed with his work I had him also make a Unique painted Scenic design for myself. He is a very gifted Craftsman who does truly amazing work! We traditionally use 3 ring binders in the US and we were going to compromise and have Ty put 2 two ring binders in so that I could have a large thick capacity. He searched around and found the perfect large D shaped 4 ring binder mechanisms for me. I just completed the Music themed Cookbook. After laminating each recipe- the entire book is 3 inches thick and the binder rings accommodate all my pages nicely. If you’re on the fence about purchasing one of his Cookbook covers-do not hesitate! Buy it! The quality of the workmanship and materials is superb!
