Can I put my own logo to a towel?

Yes you can. You will need to supply your logo as a high resolution file, preferably as a pdf or png file. I send a proof for you to approve before going to print.

Do you ship outside the US

No. All deliveries are within US only.

Can I mix and match styles?

Totally! I'm happy to swap backgrounds and text styles from another design in my store to your towel order. I always send a proof for you to approve before I send it to print.

Do I need to approval and sign off my order?

Absolutely. I send a proof & visual with every order to ensure you are happy to go ahead with print, so please be sure to approve upon receiving. *Please note, if approval is not received after two reminder messages, the order will be sent to print without approval.

Can I mix & match designs?

Absolutely! ~All the towels designs in my store can be applied to both beach and gym towels.

Can you attach a gift card or message to my order?

Sorry, unfortunetely this is not possible as the towels are printed then delivered directly to the address on the order.

Are you based in Australia?

Yes. I am based in Adelaide, Australia and my print suppliers are based in the US.

Can I request my own colours?

Of course! If you have a colour in mind, please let me know! I'm happy to change it to your request. I always send a proof for you to approve before I send it to print.

How are your towels printed?

All my products are printed with a Dye Sublimation printing method which uses heat to transfer the ink. Sublimation printing is incredibly durable and will not fade, flake, or crack, as the dye becomes part of the product itself.

Great customer service: Excellent communication and fast shipping. I was provided a proof very quickly after my order was placed and my towels were shipped shortly after the proofs were approved. I was not expecting to see a mock up and that was a nice step for a custom order.
